Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, room temp
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups flour, sifted
1 tsp vanilla
1 14-15oz can sour pitted cherries
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
-Drain the cherries and set aside.
-Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla, and sifted flour.
-Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
-Press cherries into the top ( makes sure to use the whole can!).
-Bake for 45 minutes until done.
-Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
